My WooCommerce store is built on WordPress with the Porto theme, and I want a fresh, expert perspective on how it can work better. The two areas I need you to dig into are:

• User experience – I’ve had multiple reports of navigation difficulties. I need a clear diagnosis of what’s causing the slow loading times and a roadmap for speeding things up.
