# **PROJECT OVERVIEW**

We are a specialty coffee company with an already functional WordPress/WooCommerce website.
We are looking for a freelancer to **optimize our existing system**, build missing key features, and **prepare the website for future API integration** with a mobile app.

> **Important:** This project focuses **only on the website**. The mobile app will be developed later. The freelancer must prepare the website so future app development is possible.

# **BUDGET**

Maximum: **1000–1,000 EUR (~11,000–12,000 SEK)**

* Payment can be made in **two installments: 60% upfront, 40% after delivery**
* Must deliver working, tested, and ready-to-use systems
* Must include basic documentation so we can update content ourselves

# **PHASE 1 — WEBSITE TASK LIST**

### **1. Shop Optimization**

* Improve product cards (inline variant selector, quick add to cart)
* Dynamic price updates depending on selections (coffee type, roast profile, bag size)
* Mobile-first design

### **2. Subscriptions Integration**

* WooCommerce Subscriptions setup (monthly coffee subscription)
* Automatic renewals and user account integration

### **3. Membership & Content Portal**

* Secure area for podcasts, videos, and livestreams
* One-time and recurring subscription options

### **4. B2B Wholesale Portal**

* Access only for approved users or customers with +30kg purchases
* Real-time wholesale price list
* Market intelligence feed (content provided)

### **5. Consulting & Services Page**

* Display high-value B2B services
* Contact form/funnel for inquiries and bookings

### **6. Tracking & GDPR**

* Install TikTok Pixel + Meta Pixel
* Cookie consent banner (GDPR compliance)
* Privacy and cookie policy pages

### **7. API Bridge Preparation**

* Prepare user, order, and product data for future mobile app integration
* Must follow secure REST standards and be documented
* **No app development is required at this stage**
