• Build out the main shop, category and single-product templates (use a handful of sample items so I can see everything working).
• Optimise responsiveness, caching and image sizes; the end result should load quickly on mobile and desktop.
• Deliver clear hand-over notes so I can add products and manage orders without touching code.
