Woocommerce | Show shipping cost in cart (can't find the bug)

We have looked for this issue on every forum topics found on the internet : no solution. We tried every solutions we found.

We need someone able to fix it.

Problem -> shipping costs doesn't show on light cart and on cart for non-logged-in customers.
