Woocommerce Help Required - Stripe - Payment Error

Hi guys,
I require support with my online shop. I’m using the woocommerce platform for my products. Due to an unexplainable reason I’m not able to receive payments from a country like India. Using currently the stripe platform. Looking for genuine help to resolve this problem with a long-term solution. Stripe, neither Woocommerce is able to assist me with this issue.
