I myself have very good experience with website speed optimization and core web vitals and already our website scores 90+% on PSI for both mobile & desktop and also passes core web vitals but since last month our core web vitals declined on desktop device due to LCP and I feel that is due to our homepage frequent product updates because last month I had to exclude them from caching for fresh data. We use Hetzner managed server, Cloudflare PRO+APO, Redis object cache, Cache plugin, and some database optimization plugin.
I want some specialist who actually have deep knowledge of WooCommerce and Core Web Vitals to check my tech stack, see if we can reduce some plugins, check conflict with our optimization plugin, exclude necessary pages, and most importantly optimize database that shouldn't be cached, and if possible setup Cloudflare ZARAZ or similar things. All you need to do is pass core web vitals permanently on both mobile & desktop not just for page speed tools but also for real time users, our website should be loading very quickly and same goes with backened.
