WooCommerce store currency

We have a WooCommerce store where GBP currency was previously enabled, but later we switched the website to EUR only. One customer placed an order (Order #4060) when GBP was active and paid 497.4 GBP, however now in his WooCommerce account and order details the total is displayed as 497.4 EUR, which is incorrect and causes customs issues.
Task: for this specific order only, change the displayed currency from EUR (€) to GBP (£) without recalculating or changing any amounts (the total must remain 497.4). This change must apply only to Order #4060, not globally and not to other users or orders.
Please confirm the best technical approach (order meta / hook / safe database update) and ensure no impact on reporting, taxes, or other orders.
