WooCommerce E-commerce Website for Remote Healing Service with Booking, QR Codes, and Subscription System

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to build a WooCommerce-based e-commerce website for selling a remote healing service.
The platform will sell the service in two main formats:

1. One-Time 15 Minute Session
Customers can purchase a 15-minute healing session.
This service should be available:
• as a single purchase
• or as discounted packages (5 or 10 sessions)
These sessions must be booked in advance, therefore the website needs an appointment booking system.

2. Monthly Maintenance Subscription
Customers can subscribe to a monthly maintenance program which includes:
• 10 × 5-minute sessions per month
• Sessions are started directly by the user through the website.
When a session starts:
• a 5-minute video should start automatically
• the video acts as a visual timer for the client

Unique QR Code System
I would like to create an image as a template and place a QR code inside it, as if it were a frame or someone holding it in their hand.
For every purchase, the system must automatically generate:
• 2 images
• created from a template
• containing:
o a unique code
o a QR code
o the QR code contains a URL leading to the booking page
If a user opens the booking page via the QR code:
• the unique code field should be automatically pre-filled
During purchase:
• customers must also be able to enter an existing code
• if they already have one, the system must reuse it instead of generating a new one
The generated images must be sent to the customer's email address.

Booking Page
The booking system is required because the healing session is performed live by a healer at the scheduled time. The appointment ensures that a healer is available when the client starts the session.
The client does not choose a specific healer. The session will be handled by any healer who is currently working at that time.
The booking page should require the client to enter:
• Email address
• Unique code (received after purchase)
• A short text describing what condition they want to treat
Before confirming a booking, the system must verify that the given email address still has available purchased sessions. If yes, the booking can proceed and one session should be deducted from the remaining balance.
The system must allow defining how many clients can book the same time slot, but without managing individual healer calendars.
Instead, the system should allow defining time ranges with a maximum number of simultaneous bookings, for example:
• From 01:00 to 14:00 → 3 healers available (maximum 3 bookings per time slot)
• From 14:00 to 19:00 → 5 healers available (maximum 5 bookings per time slot)
This means the booking system only needs to control the maximum number of bookings allowed per time slot, based on the configured availability blocks, rather than assigning bookings to specific healers.
After a successful booking:
• A confirmation email should be sent to the client.
• The email must include the date and time of the appointment and a cancellation link.
The client should be able to cancel the booking using this link up to 2 hours before the scheduled session. If the appointment is cancelled within this allowed time window, the session should be returned to the client’s remaining balance.

When accessing the page via QR code, there should be three sections:
1. Subscription Session
For subscribers:
• a button to start a 5-minute session
• once started:
o a 5-minute video appears
o session count is reduced by 1

• visible only at the scheduled appointment time
