I need an expert-level WordPress/WooCommerce specialist to migrate my full online shop to a new hosting provider without any downtime or data loss.
This store is active, with many plugins, custom configurations, and integrations, so the migration must be precise.
This job requires full, end-to-end handling, including every technical layer:
Scope of Work
1. Full Website Migration (Exact Copy)
Export + import of the entire MySQL database
Transfer of all WordPress files, including:
Themes (parent + child)
Plugins (many active plugins)
Uploads/media
Custom code snippets
WooCommerce templates (if any)
Replicate existing server-level settings:
.htaccess rules
PHP version & settings
Cron jobs
SSL certificate installation
Redirects + rewrites
Security rules (mod_security, firewall if needed)
2. WooCommerce Data Integrity
Must remain 100% intact:
Product data
Orders
Customers / accounts
Coupons
Product variations
Stock
SEO-friendly URLs / permalinks
Category and filter structure (YITH filters, etc.)
Image paths and gallery structure
3. Zero Downtime Requirement
Site must stay live on the old server during preparation
Final switch only occurs after I confirm everything works
Use staging environment or temporary domain before DNS switch
4. Email Functionality
You must ensure email works correctly on the new host:
Order confirmation emails
Admin notifications
Customer emails
SMTP or transactional email setup (if required)
DNS records for email (SPF / DKIM / DMARC)
5. Complete Post-Migration Testing
You will test everything, including:
Homepage, shop, categories and product pages
Cart, checkout, coupons
Payment gateway (test mode)
Account login / registration
Speed performance
Admin access
Email sending
Permalinks / SEO URLs
Plugins compatibility
CDN, cache, and HTTPS
Cron jobs running normally
6. Rollback/Backup Plan
Full backup before migration
