I am seeking a high level Web Performance Specialist to drastically overhaul the loading speed and Core Web Vitals of my e-commerce site, chemcenterbio.org. Currently, my site is suffering from extreme latency, taking 43.38 seconds to fully load. My primary competitor, cosmicnootropic.com, loads in 3.68 seconds despite having a page size nearly three times larger. I need a professional to bridge this gap, optimize my Hostwinds Managed VPS configuration, and ensure my educational video content does not cripple site performance.

Performance Guarantee and Mandatory Contract

The contract includes the following binding terms:
Zero Disfigurement Clause: You guarantee that all optimizations maintain exact visual integrity. Any irreversible changes or disfigurement to the UI or UX will trigger a full refund.
Performance Benchmark: Final payment is strictly contingent upon the site achieving a load time equating to or beating the competitor’s benchmark of less than 3.68s as measured by Pingdom.
Full Refund Policy: You agree to a 100 percent refund of all project fees if the site is visually compromised or if the speed benchmarks are not met by the project deadline.
