WooCommerce Service Booking Setup

I’m launching an online store that sells services rather than physical products, and I want the whole experience handled through WooCommerce on WordPress. Customers must be able to choose a time slot from a live booking calendar, confirm the appointment, and see it immediately reflected in an intuitive appointment-management view on the back end.

Everything will be paid for online, so the checkout has to integrate seamlessly with popular gateways (Stripe or PayPal are fine; I’m open to your recommendation) and pass customer details straight into the booking record without any manual steps.

To keep things clear, here’s exactly what I expect to receive:

• A booking calendar visible on each service page that prevents double-booking and handles time-zone differences automatically.
• Back-end appointment management where I can reschedule, cancel, or mark sessions as completed from a single dashboard.
• Online payment setup and tested end-to-end, including email confirmations to the client and to me.
• Basic instructions (video or short PDF) showing how to add new services or adjust availability.
