WooCommerce Plugin OR API Developer - GROW WITH ME!
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Hello developers,
I’ve built a WordPress/WooCommerce hosting platform on AWS using a LEMP stack. To see a breakdown of the stack, please see our GitHub repo (which is a templated open source version): https://github.com/bobstack2021/ledscu-lemp-wpwc-aws-setup-temp
This will be a combination of multi-channel WooCommerce plugin development using the Amazon Seller API (I don’t own products - so basically dropshipping) and eBay Partner Network API (again - think more like reseller/dropshipping). There should be a bi-directional sync with the plugin (WooCommerce/WordPress REST API) and the mutli-channel accounts (mainly Amazon and eBay). I’m currently self-financing this and have architected and developed everything on the back-end myself - so now that I’m at the layer seven (7) web application, I’m struggling to get this last bit going and it’s exhausting me.
With that said, I am still in startup mode (from a technological standpoint) and have some great prospective clients waiting for me to release my initial demos of this multi-channel eCommerce store using WooCommerce. I’m looking for a computer science engineer (CSE) that’s truly aiming to grow professionally and scale quickly. This is a perfect opportunity for someone that wants the autonomy, experience and growth potential of an entrepreneur and the flexibility of a freelancer. To prove that you’re actually reading this, use the first line in your response to name your favorite color then drop down a line and respond as you will. I’m looking for someone on the technical side that has experience with different Linux distributions, specifically Ubuntu and Fedora. We’re using an Ubuntu virtual machine and the Ubuntu cloud Amazon Machine Image (“AMI”).
You’ll need to have a strong background with the following tech stack:
Language(s): PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
Database(s): MySQL
Server(s): Nginx
Operating System(s): Linux - Ubuntu 20.04 LTS & Fedora Silverblue
Cloud Hosting Platform(s): Amazon Web Services (“AWS”)
For our Open Source Software (OSS) toolchain, we’re mainly using the following:
Confluence-Atlassian: Jira Software;
Taiga.io;
Self-Service GitLab (source.denx.de);
And, GitHub.
Speaking of GitHub, here's a template version of my repo and the code that's within this project): https://github.com/LiamBirt/tmsnl-lemp-wpwc-aws-setup
I'm going to open source these projects and it will hopefully be a great contribution to the open source software community.
We’ll either give you access by way of one of our alias usernames OR we’ll just create new login credentials for you specifically. We also follow a very strict protocol in terms of naming conventions for resources and this is mainly because it aligns with our prospects in the university, nonprofit and government space(s). If successful, then we can work on dozens of more projects together as I have a list of 14,000 companies that just received loans here in the USA and will all be investing into tech. SO GROW WITH ME! We'll knock these first test builds out of the park, develop variables/templates and eventually bash script it together - and then from there, it's just a matter of managing quality assurance/quality control and new clients! :)
If this sounds interesting to you then please submit your resume and credentials. I’m now very actively looking for the right technical lead and interviewing.
Thank you,
Liam
