WordPress WooCommerce Store Optimization, Restructuring & Feature Setup (Existing Site — Rebuild Optional)

I have an existing WordPress website with theme and base structure ready. The main requirement is to restructure, optimize, and convert it into a smooth, high-performing WooCommerce eCommerce store. However, if a full rebuild from scratch would produce significantly better performance and usability, I’m open to that approach as well.

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer (Shopify experience is a plus for future projects) who can deliver a fast, clean, and easy-to-manage online store.

Proper order and admin email configuration

Essential security and backup setup

Easy backend workflow so I can add/edit products (including variations) without difficulty

Optional: Suggest and execute full rebuild if technically more effective

Acceptance Criteria

Fast loading pages with good performance scores

Smooth navigation and checkout experience

Successful test orders with payment and emails working

No major layout or console errors

Store fully manageable by me after handover
