WooCommerce Performance Migration

My current WooCommerce store has grown to a point where page loads drag, server resources spike, and occasional downtime is starting to cost real money. I need the entire shop migrated to a clean, better-tuned WooCommerce installation while retaining all products, customers, orders, and SEO value.

Key requirements:
• Full data integrity: products, variations, customers, orders, coupons, reviews, and all media files.
• SEO-safe migration: preserve URL structure where possible and implement 301 redirects for any changed URLs (products, categories, pages), including metadata where applicable.
• Payment gateways preservation: existing online payment gateways must remain fully functional after migration, including providers, configurations, callbacks/webhooks, and test/live modes.
• Performance-focused environment: PHP 8+, optimized MySQL/MariaDB, proper caching (object cache + full-page cache), and CDN integration if beneficial.
• Parity + cleanup: plugin parity (or recommended replacements), removal of bloat, and any theme refactoring needed for speed.
• Testing: functional QA + load/performance checks to validate improvements in slow loads, downtime risk, and CPU/RAM usage.

I will provide access to the current host and the target server. You will handle the export/import, configuration, redirects, plugin/theme adjustments, and the final cutover.

Definition of done:
• Noticeable improvement in Core Web Vitals / real-world speed
• 100% data integrity
• Go-live with minimal downtime during an agreed cutover window and no customer-facing issues.
