WooCommerce PWA Store for RESA

I own the hosting and domain for RESA Groups and now need a full WordPress + WooCommerce storefront that feels like a mobile app from the first tap. Roughly 30 products will be listed, so performance and clean navigation matter just as much as looks.

Design & Experience
I’m after a modern, uncluttered aesthetic that loads fast and upgrades itself into a Progressive Web App. When visitors add the site to their home screen it should open full-screen, cache key assets with a service worker, and keep working smoothly even on spotty connections.

Shopping & Payments
WooCommerce will power the catalogue, cart and checkout. Please wire in UPI, standard credit/debit cards and direct bank-transfer options so customers can pay the way they prefer.

WhatsApp Integration
Instead of a complex ticket system I want a direct “Chat to Order” button that routes shoppers straight to our WhatsApp for real-time customer support. If you can layer automated confirmations or status updates on top later, great, but live support is the must-have on day one.

Key Deliverables
• WordPress installation configured on my server
• WooCommerce set up for ~30 SKUs, categories, taxes and shipping rules
• PWA features: manifest, service worker, offline caching, home-screen install prompt
• WhatsApp customer-support button/helpers wired across product and checkout pages
• Payment gateways for UPI, credit/debit cards and bank transfers fully tested
• Final hand-over with admin credentials, basic usage guide and backup

Acceptance
I’ll consider the project complete once the store passes Lighthouse PWA checks, checkout flows without errors on mobile and desktop, and the WhatsApp link opens a pre-filled chat to our support number.
