Wordpress custom theme with woocommerce

Details:
1. Require dynamic PDF generation on woocommerce order using showing some order details as per Certificate-VSS.png
2. Show customised order success page after successful purchase as per order-success-page.jpg

2.3 text input for Additional Order Info (to show in woo order admin) showing input character count
2.4 Section 18A text with button link to my-account/section18a page without need to login
2.5 social share icons with link to new post with default text
2.6 smartslider logos scroll (loop)
3. /my-account: I need a new page (can use download page) with a form for Additional Order Info (to show in woo order admin) as per my-account-s18a.jpg

Implementation:
Apply changes to existing staging site and after approved apply to live site
