WooCommerce (Kadence) – Mobile-First Frontend Structure & Conversion Refinement
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are an established online bookstore with 10,000+ active titles.
Our store has already been migrated from Porto to Kadence.
WooCommerce is fully configured and staging is ready.
We are looking for a frontend specialist to refine layout and structure in Kadence.
This is not a full redesign and not a theme migration.
Work will be done on staging only.
SEO structure, URLs, and backend logic must remain unchanged.
Important Context
Approximately 80% of our users visit from mobile devices.
The layout must be designed mobile-first, with strong focus on:
• Fast purchase flow
• Clear price visibility
• Easy thumb navigation
• Clean hierarchy on small screens
Desktop is important, but mobile experience is the priority.
Objective
Implement a clean, commercial, conversion-oriented structure focused on:
• Product visibility
• Purchase clarity
• Clear hierarchy
• Lightweight performance
Most of our users arrive knowing exactly which book they want.
The layout should prioritize fast decision-making over decorative design.
Colors and typography are already defined and do not require rebranding.
Scope of Work
1. Visual Structure Refinement
• Clean white background
• Consistent spacing
• Defined button hierarchy
• Clean discount / badge styling
• Clear visual hierarchy
2. Product Grid (Shop Page)
• Centered product titles
• Strong price visibility
• Cleaner discount presentation
• Improved spacing
• Optimized mobile layout (very important)
• Balanced desktop version
3. Product Page Structure (Key Area)
Mobile-first purchase structure:
• Clear image placement
• Strong purchase block
• Visible price hierarchy
• Buy Now (primary) + Add to Cart (secondary)
• Clear stock visibility
• Clear 24h delivery messaging
• Clean information section below
The mobile purchase area must be especially optimized.
4. Pre-order Structure
• Clear visual badge
• Availability messaging
• Consistent integration
5. Homepage Refinement
• Product-first layout
• Fast access to catalog sections
• No heavy marketing sliders
• Clean commercial structure
Requirements
• Strong Kadence + WooCommerce experience
• Clear understanding of eCommerce structure
• Mobile-first UX mindset
• Performance-aware implementation
• Clean work on staging
Not a good fit if you:
• Primarily use Elementor / WPBakery
• Focus mainly on animations or visual effects
• Propose full redesigns outside scope
• Add unnecessary plugins
Please include:
• Relevant WooCommerce / Kadence examples
• How you approach mobile-first product page conversion
• Estimated timeline in days
