WooCommerce Gateway Integration Specialist
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m getting ready to unveil a new WordPress / WooCommerce-based product and need a developer who can turn complex business logic into clean, scalable code. The heart of the build is an advanced payment-gateway layer that must sit comfortably alongside custom plugins, new database tables, and future integrations we have on the roadmap.
Here’s what makes this project interesting:
• You’ll architect and implement sophisticated payment flows—think multiple providers, tokenised storage, automatic retries, and graceful failure handling—while keeping the door open for additional processors later on.
• The store will evolve, so your code needs to be modular, well-documented, and easy to extend. Performance under traffic spikes is a must.
• Reliability matters more than speed; we have no hard deadline, but we do want steady progress and transparent communication.
• A long-term partnership is possible if we click, as the product roadmap already includes subscription logic, CRM hooks, and a headless front-end.
Deliverables that mark success:
1. Custom WooCommerce plugin(s) providing the advanced payment-gateway functionality described above.
2. Clear developer documentation and inline comments.
3. Deployment instructions and a light test suite proving transaction handling, refunds, webhook processing, and error recovery.
If you’ve built heavy-duty WooCommerce solutions before and enjoy solving tricky integration puzzles, let’s talk.
