WooCommerce Expert Needed for Bulk Product Upload (350–400 Products) with SEO-Friendly Images & Descriptions
Budget: ₹600 – ₹3,500 INR
I am looking for an experienced WordPress and WooCommerce expert to help upload products to my e-commerce website.
The website is primarily a perfume/fragrance store, along with some apparel products.
There are approximately 350–400 products to upload, including both simple products and variable products.
The focus of this project is complete product setup and upload. Any major website design or aesthetic changes will be handled in a separate project later.
All product pages should be clean, well-structured, and SEO-friendly.
Important Note About Product Data
I will provide Excel / CSV files for different categories, but these files will contain only basic information such as product names and category references.
They will not contain technical WooCommerce fields, as the purpose of hiring an expert is for them to properly structure and configure the products within WooCommerce.
Scope of Work
Product Upload
Upload approximately 350–400 products
Configure simple products
Configure variable products
Set up attributes and variations where required
Product Organization
Assign correct categories and subcategories
Review the current category structure and suggest improvements if required
There may be cases where categories need to be added, removed, or modified to maintain a clean and logical store structure
Product Content (SEO Friendly)
Create SEO-friendly product titles
Write product descriptions
Write short descriptions
Ensure product pages are well-structured and optimized for SEO
Product Images
Create or edit product images where required
Use images provided by me where available
Ensure images are:
Clean and consistent
Properly sized
SEO-friendly and optimized for WordPress
Properly compressed so they do not slow down the website
Product Tags
Add relevant product tags where required
Minor Website Adjustments
Some minor adjustments may also be required, such as:
Updating content on the floating bar
Ensuring product review star ratings are displayed correctly on product pages
Optimizing the homepage slideshow images, including creating proper sizes for mobile devices
What I Will Provide
Product names

Images where available
Specific content where required
I will coordinate actively during the project to ensure the work can be completed smoothly.
Communication & Expectations
Clear and professional communication is required
No advance payment before work begins
Any work outside the agreed scope must be communicated first
