WooCommerce Digital Store With Membership
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a WordPress-based shop that will distribute digital products exclusively to members, so the project revolves around configuring WooCommerce for a “members-only” experience rather than a typical public catalogue.
Key objectives
• Configure WooCommerce to sell digital goods while ensuring that only logged-in members can view product details, add items to cart, and complete checkout.
• Set up the Membership access module (WooCommerce Memberships or an equivalent you recommend) so I can create several access tiers and drip content if needed.
• Integrate the store with my existing CRM system—HubSpot is the current front-runner, though I’m open to suggestions if you know of a smoother WordPress integration. I’ll need contact, order, and membership data to sync automatically.
• Optimise the storefront for speed, clean UX, and responsive design, staying faithful to our current brand guidelines.
• Provide a short hand-over guide covering plugin settings, membership rule creation, and the CRM data flow so my in-house team can manage day-to-day tasks without extra help.
Acceptance criteria
1. A fresh WooCommerce install on our staging server that passes all plugin/theme compatibility checks.
2. At least two demo membership tiers with working purchase and access rules.
3. CRM sync shows new customers, their membership status, and purchases within 10 minutes of checkout.
4. Store scores 90+ on Google PageSpeed for mobile and desktop.
5. Clear hand-over notes (PDF or Markdown) and a quick Loom walkthrough.
If this scope aligns with your expertise in WooCommerce, membership plugins, and CRM integrations, let’s chat and lock in a timeline.
