Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced WooCommerce / WordPress Developer to customize our checkout workflow, setup custom store logic, and build/configure a smooth bulk product management process via Excel.

Our business operates on strict fulfillment cycles and bulk purchasing rules, so precision and clear backend admin controls are key.

Key Requirements & Features:
1. Custom Ordering Window & Delivery Cut-Offs (Admin Configurable)
Dynamic Ordering Window: Customers can only place orders for a specific departure/delivery date within a designated window:

Opens: At 18:00 (6:00 PM), 2 days before departure.

Closes: At 14:00 (2:00 PM), the day before departure.

Admin Settings: Store administrators must be able to view and adjust these default open/close hours and lead-time days directly from the WordPress Admin area (e.g., in case cut-off times need to be changed for holidays or special cycles).

Checkout Integration: The delivery date picker or ordering button must dynamically validate the current time against these admin-defined rules.

2. Product Management via Excel (Create & Edit)
Enable seamless batch creation, editing, and updating of products/SKUs via Excel (.xlsx or .csv).
WPFactory

Implement an automated or user-friendly admin workflow (using tools like WP All Import Pro or a custom plugin script) so non-technical team members can upload updated pricing, stock, and item details directly from a single spreadsheet without manual entry.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Logic
Enforce Global/Category MOQ: Set a hard restriction requiring a minimum total quantity of 25 bunches per order (or product line) before a customer can proceed to checkout.

Admin Configurable: The MOQ threshold (e.g., 25 bunches) must be editable in the WordPress Admin settings so we can adjust it as needed.

Display clear warning banners or cart alerts when a customer’s selection falls below the required threshold.

Technical Skills Required:
Strong experience with WordPress & WooCommerce core development.

Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, and WooCommerce Hooks/Filters (woocommerce_checkout_process, cart validation filters).

Experience implementing complex delivery schedules or customizing plugins like Order Delivery Date Pro, Order Delivery for WooCommerce, or WP All Import.
Kestrel

Familiarity with Excel/CSV data schema mapping in WooCommerce.

How to Apply:
When responding, please include:

Examples of custom WooCommerce checkout logic or delivery scheduling plugins you’ve built or configured.

Your experience setting up Excel/CSV product import/export workflows for store managers.

Estimated time frame and proposed budget for completion.
