WooCommerce Developer + Design + API Product Import (1k → 50k) + B2B + Banca Transilvania Payment

I’m launching a new WooCommerce site that must serve both retail shoppers and registered wholesale clients. The retail front-end has to feel modern and clean, while the B2B area needs robust tools for bulk ordering, custom pricing, and a smooth wholesale registration workflow.

Core build requirements
• Modern, responsive theme designed and implemented from scratch or on top of a lightweight starter.
• Automated product import via API, scaling from an initial 1 000 SKUs to roughly 50 000 without time-outs or data loss (think REST, JSON/XML, or a custom PHP script tied into WooCommerce CRUD).
• Dedicated B2B layer with tiered pricing, quick order forms, and approval-based account creation.
• Banca Transilvania payment gateway fully integrated and tested for both retail and wholesale checkouts.
• Staging → production deployment, speed optimisation, and clear documentation so I can manage routine updates on my own.

Acceptance criteria
1. All 50 000 products sync successfully on a scheduled cron without manual intervention.
2. Retail users see standard catalog prices; logged-in wholesale users see their negotiated rates and bulk-order interface.
3. Banca Transilvania transactions pass 3-D Secure and settle correctly in RON and EUR.
4. GTmetrix grade A on the live site with <2 s first paint.
5. Handover includes theme files, child theme, API scripts, and a short Loom walkthrough.
