WooCommerce Core Web Vitals Fix

I run a WooCommerce store that looks fine in Google PageSpeed tests, yet real shoppers still face 5–10-second waits whenever a category or product page isn’t already cached. Google’s CrUX data confirms we fail Core Web Vitals, so the goal is to turn those synthetic “green” scores into genuine, on-site responsiveness (under 2s for every click).

Current setup
• LiteSpeed Cache fully configured
• All images compressed and converted to WebP
• Every existing plugin must stay active

What I need
Pinpoint and eliminate the true bottlenecks—whether that’s database queries, theme code, render-blocking assets, third-party scripts, or server settings—while keeping the present plugin stack untouched. The end result should be smooth overall responsiveness across the entire site, cached or not.
