WooCommerce Checkout Page Customization: Unlocking All Blocks and Elements

This is ONLY a job for either someone who has performed this task before or someone with a keen knowledge of Woo Commerce files and their customization.
I am using a Twenty Twenty-Four 'block' theme in a WordPress site (latest versions). I've added the Woo Commerce plugin. The site is fully functional including commerce portal.
The default Woo Checkout page is mostly locked—from whole blocks down to individual elements (see attached screenshot). I need those locks removed in order to customize the page, i.e., add new fields, customize fields, add elements, change elements (such as label names, placeholder text, font sizes), etc. I will do this work myself. I only need the page and fields unlocked.
***Given that this is a localized issue (Woo Commerce files only), I will not be providing admin access to the site.***
I would suggest that you add the Woo Commerce plugin and Twenty Twenty-Four theme to a WP site, directly update the related file(s) in the 'wp-content/themes/twentytwentyfour/woocommerce' folder, then post the updated file(s) to your ftp site, dropbox or other for me to download and install to my site.
I also have a half dozen general user questions I would like to get answered, if possible, so please allow for that in your bid.
Timeframe: next two days.
