Wocommerece ERROR! need urgent FIX

Our main problem is at check out. When the client clicks PLACE ORDER, with stripe or bank transfer the Page Just keeps loading without giving him any confirmation message, while the order is saved to our system. Then the client tried again and again and he is being charge double.
