1. Introduction
South City Kolkata invites sealed bids from experienced and qualified website development agencies/firms for the design, development, and deployment of a fully functional, responsive, and secure website with integrated booking, payment, and accounting features. The project is to be executed using the specified technology stack and within the defined scope, timelines, and budgetary framework.

The selected vendor will be required to use the following technologies:

3. Scope of Work
The appointed vendor will deliver the following:
A. Base Website Design & Development
• Pages: Home, About, Gallery, Contact
• Mobile-responsive, SEO-ready, and secure architecture
• Optimized for performance and cross-browser compatibility
B. Banquet, Guest Room & Board Room Booking System
• Booking logic for 3 banquets, 12 guest rooms, and 1 board room
• Availability calendar
• Refund module. The Logic will be based on cancellation day
• Admin approval workflow
• Integrated payment gateway (Razorpay/PayU and Invoice
• Notifications via Email, SMS & WhatsApp
C. Tally Integration
• Integration with Tally using XML/JSON interface for accounting synchronization
D. Static Pages
• FAQ, Terms & Conditions and others
E. Role-Based Admin Panel
• Super Admin: Full control
• Admin: The Super Admin can have checkbox based right give/withdrawal policy for all other users of the admin panels. Example: Bookings, refunds, subscriptions
• External User: Bookings & cancellations
F. Popup Ad Module
• Admin-managed advertisement banners for seasonal/festival offers displayed on the homepage
G. Festival Subscription Payment System
• Form fields: Name, Mobile, Flat No., Email
• Payment via Razorpay/PayU and Invoice
• Email/WhatsApp alerts
• Admin reporting and tracking
H. Domain & Hosting
• Procurement and setup

4. Project Timeline
• Execution Period: 30 working days from date of final confirmation and receipt of advance payment
• Phased delivery: Milestones to be mutually agreed upon post-award

5. Commercial Terms
• Advance Payment: 25% of the project cost upon order confirmation+25% after achieving half of all milestones
• Balance Payment: 50% upon successful completion, delivery, and acceptance
• All administrative credentials, documentation, and files to be transferred upon final payment

6. Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must:
• Have prior experience in developing WordPress-based booking/e-commerce platforms
• Demonstrate successful completion of at least 3 similar projects in the last 3 years
• Provide client references and project URLs
