Urgent Website Speed & Fixes

My site has slowed to a crawl and a few small glitches are hurting conversions, so I need a developer who can jump in right away and wrap everything up within the next 12 hours. Im using wordpress with woocommerce.

First, I want the load speed improved on all pages—not just the home or product screens. I expect you to identify every bottleneck (code, images, server settings, plugins, etc.) and implement the fixes so the whole site feels snappy on both desktop and mobile.

Second, the checkout page occasionally throws the message “Something went wrong. Please contact us to get assistance.” I only need the error removed; an in-depth post-mortem isn’t necessary this time, just a clean, working checkout that lets customers finish their purchase without seeing that banner.

Third, I’d like the current navigation icon swapped for a new one I’ll provide, and a specific widget disabled on three named pages (I’ll share the URLs in chat).
