I want to build a two-sided marketplace website.

• Receive interest from brokers
• Side 2 (Business Brokers):
• Create an account
• View business listings
• Express interest / make offers to connect with sellers
• General Features:
• Secure login/signup
• Dashboard for sellers and brokers
• Messaging system
• Payment integration (Stripe/PayPal)
• Review & rating system
• Admin panel to manage users and listings
• Mobile-friendly, clean design
At this stage, I want a minimum viable product (MVP) — a working version with the core features, so I can test and refine before adding more advanced functions.
