Project Overview
Our e-commerce website was recently restored from a backup after a technical incident.
We need an experienced WordPress/WooCommerce developer to repair broken elements,
add missing products, and implement several enhancements across 5 phases.

The template is use boasts numerous features and options such as a Elementor Page Builder, Mega Menu, Slider Revolution, Responsive & Modile Optimized, Ajax Advanced Search, Ajax Add to Cart, Ajax Pagination, Ajax Load More, Infinite Scroll, Color/Image Swatches, Quick View, Wishlist, Compare, easy one-click demo data import, and much more. The template has a 99 Desktop performance and a 98 mobile performance. It is optimise for SEO performance.


Phase 1: Site Repair & Stabilization

Theme & Images
Update WordPress theme to latest version and reconfigure settings
Fix all broken/missing images (product images, brand logos, banners) About 30- 40 images
Re-upload 18 brand logos for the brand carousel
Fix payment method icons in footer
Plugin Audit
Verify and reconnect all plugins:
Stripe payment gateway (is connected already)
Email marketing (is connected)
Caching plugin
SEO plugin

Phase 2: Product Content & Organization

Add Missing Products
Brand Products to Add Reference Site
Add 4 new brands (~70 product variants total)
Scrape product data: name, description, price, images
Reference URLs will be provided
Ensure images are consistent and professional
Categorization
Remove "Uncategorized" tag from all products
Assign correct brand + category tags to all the products on the site. (a maximum of 250 products)
Ensure site search returns accurate results
Site Updates
Replace 2 homepage banners (images provided)
Install improved site search plugin

Phase 3: Checkout & Shipping
Checkout
Update checkout page layout to match theme demo style
Verify Stripe integration is working correctly
Shipping Configuration
Configure shipping zones for 4 countries
Create shipping restrictions (certain brands ship only to specific countries)
Update product weights for 20 products (Excel provided)
Add custom shipping info popup

Phase 4: UX & Marketing

Set up "Back in Stock" email notifications for out-of-stock products (My email automation is setup)
Connect notification form to Klaviyo automation
Speed Optimization
Optimize site to load under 1.9 seconds (mobile & desktop)
Implement caching, image compression, lazy loading
Additional Pages
Build 1 custom landing page with banner + form
Redesign order confirmation email template

Phase 5: SEO & Visibility

Technical SEO
Audit Google Search Console for indexing errors
Fix 404 errors with proper redirects
Regenerate and submit sitemap
Schema Markup
Ensure proper Product schema for all products
Add Organization and FAQ schema where appropriate
