Speed Up & Optimize Website

We are looking for an experienced web performance expert to improve the loading speed and Core Web Vitals of our product-based website. Website is on wordpress platform along with WooCommerce based small online shop.

The primary goal is to optimize the website for:
Google Page Speed Insights (Mobile & Desktop)
Google Shopping / Google Merchant Center landing page performance
Core Web Vitals compliance
Faster product page loading

Scope of Work
Improve PageSpeed score (especially mobile)
Optimize LCP, CLS, and interaction delay
Reduce server response time (TTFB)
Optimize images (compression, next-gen formats, lazy loading)
Minimize CSS / JS blocking resources
Remove unused scripts/plugins
Improve caching and compression
Fix any structured data or technical SEO issues affecting Merchant Center
Ensure product pages load under 3 seconds

Deliverables
Mobile PageSpeed score above 80 (if technically possible)
Core Web Vitals marked as “Good”
Before vs After performance report
Summary of changes implemented

Requirements
Proven experience with website speed optimization
Experience improving Google Merchant Center landing page quality
Ability to explain technical improvements clearly
Please share 2–3 examples of websites you have optimized
