Shopify to WordPress Ecommerce Migration

I run a live Shopify store and want to move everything over to WordPress so I can cut ongoing platform fees and gain full control over future customisation. While the products, collections and core ecommerce functions must carry across intact—including payments, shipping rules, taxes and customer data—I’m not attached to the current look. This migration is also the perfect moment to introduce a fresh, mobile-first design that reflects my brand more accurately than the out-of-the-box Shopify theme I’m using now.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Build a WordPress site (preferably on the latest stable release) and configure WooCommerce to replicate all existing shopping-cart functions.
• Migrate products, images, categories, customers and order history without data loss or downtime.
• Design a new, responsive theme—clean, fast-loading, SEO-friendly—and set it up so I can tweak colours, fonts and layouts later without touching code.
• Integrate current payment gateways and shipping options, test the full purchase flow and fix any discrepancies before go-live.
• Optimise for performance and security, then hand over clear documentation on how to manage updates and future content changes.

Acceptance criteria: All products and orders visible in WooCommerce; checkout works end-to-end; new design scores at least 90 on Google PageSpeed for mobile; site launches on my domain with zero broken links.
