Senior Shopify Plus Developer Needed for Complex WooCommerce to Shopify Plus B2B Migration with Core Web Vital Assessment Pass

Job description

We are an established A ecommerce business looking for a highly capable Shopify Plus developer or technical partner for a complex rebuild of our current WooCommerce website.

This is not a standard theme setup project.

We need someone who can take ownership of a technically demanding migration and help us rebuild the site on Shopify Plus while maintaining the current front-end look and replicating a wide range of existing business-critical functionality.

The project includes:

WooCommerce to Shopify Plus migration

full functionality parity with the current site

front-end visual parity with the current site

Core Web Vital Assessment pass across the website on desktop and mobile

strong real-world speed and responsiveness, not just lab scores

custom B2B account and pricing logic

MYOB Exo integration

custom My Account and invoice-related functionality

migration planning, SEO continuity and redirects

performance-safe approach to apps vs custom development

clear ownership, documentation and handover standards

We are not looking for a generic Shopify store setup or an app-heavy approach that creates future speed or maintenance problems.

We are looking for someone who:

has personally led complex Shopify Plus builds

understands migrations from WooCommerce

is strong on custom Shopify development, APIs and systems thinking

can think through ERP or accounting system integrations

understands what is required to achieve and maintain a Core Web Vital Assessment pass

communicates clearly and practically

is comfortable being assessed in a structured process
