Saree E-Commerce Website Build

I need a complete online store for my sarees brand—from the first product photo to a seamless checkout. The core of the site will be a clear, well-structured product catalog where each saree can shine through detailed descriptions, high-resolution images, and variant options (size, color, fabric). Shoppers must be able to add items to a cart, move smoothly through a secure checkout, and leave reviews with star ratings so future visitors can buy with confidence.

Platform-wise, I am flexible. Whether the site is crafted in Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento, I simply want the final build to be stable, easy for me to manage, and ready for scale. Responsive design, solid SEO foundations, and fast loading times are essential; most of my audience browses on mobile, and I don’t want performance hiccups driving them away.

Deliverables:
• Fully functional live store on the agreed platform
• Admin dashboard access with user documentation for adding products, updating prices, and managing orders
• Integrated review/ratings module and automated order emails
• Payment gateway setup (major credit cards & UPI) and basic shipping configuration
• One round of post-launch tweaks within the first week to iron out any issues
You should be able to explain me everything so that I can manage it myself after the launch.

I will supply branding assets, product photography, and copy. Please factor in any must-have plug-ins or apps during development so there are no last-minute surprises. When everything is ready, I expect to log in, list new sarees, and begin selling the same day.
I don't want to pay for Shopify etc. I was the development to be done from scratch..
