• Order/shipment creation
• Auto-generated PDF invoice and label with QR code
• Package tracking by status
• User roles (WooCommerce)

What needs to be built (7 features):
1. Payment Control — partial deposit on order creation, automatic remaining balance calculation, payment on delivery recording
2. Operations Log — who created each order, who registered each payment, with date and timestamp
3. SMS/WhatsApp Notifications — automatic message on every status change via Twilio API
4. Client Portal — sender can log in and see all their shipments without calling
5. Account Statement per Client — packages sent, payments made, pending balances
6. Delivery Confirmation with Photo — driver uploads photo, client gets notified automatically
7. Prepaid Label Credit System — each client has a label balance (200/250/300 labels), system deducts 1 per label generated, blocks when balance hits 0, admin recharges manually
Compensation model:
• $25 upfront per feature delivered and approved
• 5% of monthly revenue once paying clients are active
• Long-term relationship — as the platform grows, so does your income
Ideal candidate:
• Strong WordPress/WooCommerce custom development
• Experience with custom post types, user meta, hooks/filters
