Repair WooCommerce Checkout & Malware

Job ID: 40551780

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

My WooCommerce checkout has suddenly stopped accepting numbers in the credit-card fields—the boxes just sit there, unresponsive, and customers can’t complete a purchase. No front-end error messages show up, so I need someone to dive into the theme, JavaScript, CSS, or payment-gateway hooks and restore normal input behaviour on both desktop and mobile.

After that is fixed, the site must be cleaned of a redirect-style pop-up infection that began yesterday. Random clicks are sending visitors to other domains, which tells me a script or file has been compromised somewhere in the WordPress stack. I haven’t pinpointed any conflicting plugins, and I’m not sure which file is responsible.

Deliverables
• Credit-card input fields fully functional—numbers, expiry, and CVC can be typed and the form submits as expected.
• All redirect malware removed; no pop-ups or unwanted outbound traffic detected after a complete security scan.
• Brief report outlining what you found, the exact fixes applied, and any hardening steps I should take to keep the site clean.
