Description:
We are Black Oud LLC, based in the UAE. Our website (blackoud.ae) is currently hosted on WordPress. We want to revamp our online store to achieve a modern, fast, mobile-friendly, and SEO-optimized website — with zero downtime during launch and no negative impact on SEO rankings.
We are open to two approaches and would like proposals for both:
Option A — Revamp Current WordPress Site
Redesign with a luxury/perfume brand feel.
Modern, responsive, and performance-optimized design.
WooCommerce enhancements (checkout, upsells, bundles, product templates).
SEO-friendly structure (301 redirects where needed, schema, XML sitemaps).
Keep existing rankings intact.
Integration with UAE payment gateways (Stripe, PayTabs, Telr, Network International).
WhatsApp CTA, blog, and email marketing integrations.
Option B — Migrate to Shopify (Online Store 2.0)
Full migration of products, categories, content, and customers.
Shopify premium theme customized to our brand.
Setup of essential Shopify apps (reviews, WhatsApp, upsells, Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
UAE payment gateway integration.
SEO migration (301 redirects, metadata, sitemaps).
Optimized for performance, Core Web Vitals, and conversions.
Requirements for Both Options
Zero-downtime launch plan (blue-green release / staging environment).
SEO-safe migration (preserve existing rankings, redirect mapping, GA4 + GSC continuity).
Core Web Vitals compliance (LCP ≤ 2.5s, CLS < 0.1).
Training/hand-over (short video or document).
Post-launch warranty period for bug fixes and SEO monitoring.
Deliverables
