Reduce High WordPress CPU Usage

My WooCommerce site (gifting.wildroots.in) is hitting the server hard even when traffic is light. The load appears to come from background processes rather than page-view peaks, and I see random CPU spikes at all hours. I need a WordPress performance specialist who can dig into server logs, WP-Cron schedules, plugin behaviour and theme code to uncover what’s thrashing the CPU, then clean it up without breaking storefront functionality.

What I expect from you
• A concise audit pinpointing the worst offenders—whether that’s a runaway plugin, mis-configured cron job, database query loops, or something else hiding in PHP.
• Practical fixes implemented (or precise instructions if server-side access is restricted), including plugin optimisation/removal, cron rescheduling, caching configuration, and any MySQL or PHP tweaks you deem necessary.
