Rapid WooCommerce UI Redesign

Project Description:
Looking for a sharp, fast WordPress developer. I have an immediate task to restructure a theme, and I have two other WordPress migration and setup projects in the pipeline right now. I want to find a reliable dev I can just hand work to moving forward.

The Current Task:
I have the "Rally" theme installed. Its default layout is for a car wash service. I need it completely stripped of the service modules and restructured into an auto parts e-commerce store.

Reference site structure to copy: landorparts.com

You will need to:

Delete all service-related sections.

Setup a wide Mega Menu.

Add a Year-Make-Model (YMM) search filter on the homepage.

Rebuild the homepage grid and WooCommerce Single Product page using the theme's page builder to match the reference site's UX.

Just scrape images from the reference site to use as placeholders for now.

My Rules:

ONLY FREE PLUGINS. Do not ask me to buy premium plugins. Everything must be done with free WP repo plugins or your own custom code snippets.

Speed matters. This is purely structural drag-and-drop with placeholders. It should not take days.

Do not over-engineer or touch core PHP files unnecessarily.
