WordPress Email Automation Setup (Brevo / FluentCRM / Gmail Integration

I am looking for an experienced freelancer who can set up my professional business email system and automate customer email workflows for my WordPress (WooCommerce) website.

My hosting and business email are on Hostinger, and I want all emails to be sent/received via Gmail.
The goal is to have a fully functional, branded, and automated email system for customer engagement and marketing.

Scope of Work:
1. Hostinger Email + Gmail Integration

Configure Hostinger business email with Gmail (POP3 + SMTP setup).

Add SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records in DNS for better deliverability.

Create Gmail signature (with logo and branding).

Test sending and receiving of emails successfully.

2. Email Automation Tool Setup

Set up one of the following tools (whichever suits best):

Brevo (Sendinblue) – preferred, OR

FluentCRM + Amazon SES / SendGrid SMTP,

OR any other platform suggested by the freelancer (if it offers better deliverability or cost-effectiveness).

Connect it with WordPress using plugin or API.

Verify domain and connect website forms, checkout, and newsletter signups.

3. Automated Email Workflows

Create and activate the following automations:

Welcome email (after signup)

Abandoned cart reminder

Order confirmation

Shipping/dispatch update (if applicable)

Thank-you / feedback request email

4. Branded Email Templates (3 Custom Mails)

Design 3 fully branded and responsive email templates (custom-designed for sending to customers).

Templates to include:

Welcome Email – for new signups

Order Confirmation Email – with order details and thank-you message

Promotional / Offer Email – for campaigns or announcements

Use brand logo, fonts, and colors.

Include personalization (e.g., {{FirstName}}, {{OrderNumber}}).

Freelancer should ensure these templates are tested and ready to send via the chosen email tool.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Enable open rate and click rate tracking.

Add Google Analytics (UTM parameters) for tracking campaign traffic.

Provide a simple performance dashboard or report setup.

6. Testing & Handover

Test all automations thoroughly and ensure no emails go to spam.

Provide a short video or PDF guide showing how to edit templates and workflows in the future.
