Product update and translation

I need expert who can do following things for my woocom project.
Please bid only if you can do that and you have good experience in that!
I will contact only with freelancers who will describe how it could be solved.
I need following things:
I have woocom web with 25.000 products from few suppliers.
Now we have new products, some updates. we have to update existing products.
Main language is Latvian, some of products we translated, some are still in English.
I also have another languages -English, Estonian, Lithuanian, Russian. Some products are translated in those languages too (if we choose flag with those languages, than we have some translations).
So, I need to update products, but I dont need to loose translations. may be we just update prices or..?!
BUt, there also are new products which should be added to correct categories. If we dont have such categorie, it means that if we didnt add product, than I should know which products are not added so that I can do that manually.
If some products in new catalog is not any more, than we should send that product to draft, but I also should know which products are there, so that I can accept it manually or..
So, I need to make product update for all languages.
Payment only fixed price.
