360 Product View Implementation (WooCommerce)

The current gallery setup must remain unchanged (thumbnails, arrows, navigation).
The 360 view should behave as a normal gallery item (not a separate element).
Users must be able to rotate immediately (drag/swipe, no click to start).
From the 360 view, users must still be able to navigate to other images via arrows and thumbnails.
Use a 360° icon (as in the design) that remains visible.
Add a subtle animation to indicate interaction (similar to this example: https://osso.one/tents/portable-tents/nimbus/), no extra text needed.
Start from the front view of the tent.
Performance must be smooth, especially on mobile (fast first frame + optimized loading).
