I am looking for EXPERT Porto theme Woocommerce builder.
Install and Configure Porto WooCommerce theme for these site functions. I purchased this theme:

SSL is onsite but not active. Needs to be activated.
1. Setup up Waitlist form and the Maintenance theme (I purchased).
2. NEED A WOW HOME PAGE - floating/falling words/images - Extract codes from demo pages included in theme package
a. See attachment for home page sketch which needs improvement
b. Want the home page to fade in color like this page porto demo which is included in the WooCommerce theme

c. The mantra of the site is: "Together We Soar" scrolls from left to right across heading
d. Images of the Collection - Soaps, Oils and Candles scrolls beneath "Together We Soar" from right to left.
3. Install G|Translate free version and any Open Source Currency Converter
:: I am open to other language and currency plugins
4. Setup paid subscription - 3 levels (similar to Patreon). I will use this plugin https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/
a. When someone registers, they must check ONE option from a list
b. EVERY MEMBER is required to Upload their image using their phone, tablet or computer.
c. Level 1 - None Membership. Only buys products or services. No access to discussion groups
d. Level 2 - Label Spectator - Can watch selected videos and Read ONLY in discussion groups.
e. Level 3 - Thrive, must still upload photo via phone BUT can have an option to use other image/avatar:: must check membership rules that will be listed before completing membership payment
f. Level 4 - Eagle - all access, priority registration for events, discount on services, etc
g. Put link to discussion group (similar to Reddit) on product page.
h. Create a form with selection boxes which include Gender selection - I'll give you the options
i. Show page with latest members that joined - Show Heading: Welcome to our newest members
j. Direct all new members regardless of level to view membership video for orientation
5. Setup paid consultation which one can book time - 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1hour
a. flash alert on client and host's screen when 10, 5 and 1 minute of remaining session
6. Detect timezone based on visitor's ip.
a. record ip so that user cannot do multiple trials.
7. Setup discussion group (like Reddit) with Moderators for each discussion group
a. In order to join a discussion group, one MUST choose ONE option of interest
b. Another selection category to show on Member Registration - Christian, Muslim, Other Religions, Spirituality, All Others
c. Each choice above has subcategories, for example, Christian - Religious Leaders, must be verified, have a pop up note that explains why they must be verified.
8. Messages--- have one email address(nameofdiscgrpmods at domain.com) which emails all moderators in that discussion group so that when one messages, a moderator can get to them and the message sent by the moderator is cced to all other moderators to not duplicate effort.
a. install and configure the transactional email template that I purchased
b. have notification options for all members so people are not overwhelmed by emails
c. install and configure my purchased transactional email templates
d. configure messages to DELIVER TO INBOX, not spam
9. Lean on Me page where Sponsor meets Recipient
a. When a recipient posts a desired need - membership, consultation and/or product it shows in the Lean on Me Category.
:: So if recipient lists items in each category, items in the categories show on member's page.
b. Sponsor can click on that request and pay for the request
c. Sponsor's profile shows counter of how many people and amount sponsored. Sponsor can suppress data from showing on profile page.
d. Sponsor is notified that the recipient has gotten the membership, consultation and product paid for.

11. Classes and Events
a. Level 3 + 4 get pre-announcement emails and priority registration.
12. Transformation (Testimonials) page for each collections
13. Modify Payments to include Gift Cards, Cash App or Zelle. NO Paypal.
