Pixel Verification

I am helping a friend with her business online. She runs her shop through go daddy and has woocommerce but the free 30 day trial. I am trying to get her pixel verified and I am unable to without the full subscription of woocommerce. Where we are stuck: When I am in woocommerce and I am trying to upload plugins - it states I need the full subscription to utilize this tool. We are curious on how much it would cost for a developer to finish this step or us.
