Ongoing WordPress Dev Support

I’m searching for a reliable WordPress developer who can stay with me for the long haul. My immediate priority is the development of new features, specifically e-commerce functionality, so experience extending WooCommerce or similar solutions with clean, maintainable PHP / HTML / CSS / JS is essential. Looking for a full stack developer.

As a starter / trial task we have the following:

We need:

1) enable the login feature for customers to be able to register and leave reviews (end to end, should all be tested and working)
2) setup news letter subscription (suggest best app to use mailchimp etc) - end to end workflow should be implemented from customer registering to us sending out news letters (including template that we can use to send out)

Please note it includes login and registration (I forgot to mention this) - the WHOLE end to end workflow for customer adding to cart then creating account / option to sign up to news letter etc.

It's really important that code is up to high standards and plugins are not used. If a plugin is to be used, it should be approved before implementation. I have a background in software engineering but I simply do not have the time.
