Nightclub WordPress Theme Customization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The theme will need to be installed on my WordPress site; I need it shaped into a seamless online home for a bar-grill-lounge concept.
Calendar
I want the built-in events calendar refined so that I can group happenings by clear event categories, schedule recurring events (weekly DJ nights, monthly brunches, etc.) and display them in a custom layout that matches the vibe of the venue. Front-end visitors should be able to filter by category, while the back-end remains easy for staff to manage.
Reservations
Please extend the reservation module to handle table bookings, private party bookings and full corporate event buy-outs. During the booking flow the form must capture contact information, special requests and the guest’s preferred seating area, then send branded confirmation emails and log everything in the dashboard.
Ticket Sales
The theme does not currently sell tickets, so I need a lightweight but secure way to add that—WooCommerce, Event Tickets or a comparable plugin is fine as long as it blends into the design. Guests should be able to purchase tickets straight from an event listing and receive e-tickets automatically.
Styling & Polish
Colour palette, fonts, imagery and calls-to-action should reflect a modern nightlife atmosphere and remain fully responsive across devices. Any code changes must be child-theme friendly.
Deliverables
• Custom event calendar with category filters, recurring schedules and bespoke layout
• Multi-type reservation system capturing all required details and sending confirmations
• Ticket purchasing workflow integrated with secure payment gateway
• Final site tested on the latest WordPress/PHP versions and handed over with concise admin notes
