Multi State Website Expansion for Existing WordPress / LearnDash Site
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
## Project Summary: Multi State Website Expansion for Existing WordPress / LearnDash Site
I am looking for an experienced WordPress + WooCommerce + LearnDash freelancer to expand my existing California only driver education website to support **Texas and Florida**, while building the setup so future states can be added mostly through **configuration and content**, not a rebuild.
This project must use my existing stack:
* WordPress
* WooCommerce
* LearnDash
* Uncanny Toolkit
* Uncanny Automator
* Elementor
* Astra
### Key features / scope (high level)
* Redesign the **homepage as a landing page** with a **state filter** and clear navigation to state specific pages
* Create **state aware pages and reusable templates** for key site sections
* Implement **state specific product visibility** and **state aware cart/checkout logic**
* Add **conditional cart add ons / options** based on selected product and state
* Add a **configurable intake step** after purchase and before course start
* Add **configurable identity checks** by state/course (honor based now, with third party integration path built/configured in a rollout ready way)
* Implement **configurable session controls** (time limits / breaks) for regulatory needs
* Build **LearnDash certificate numbering** using pre assigned ranges for selected courses
* Fix **Uncanny Automator and email token rendering** issues (user fields / LearnDash fields)
* Keep everything **configurable first** where practical (labels, messaging, visibility, rules, rollout controls)
### Delivery expectations
* **Staging first** implementation and testing
* Controlled **production deployment** after staging validation
* Rollback plan and post deployment smoke testing
* No disruption to existing students, orders, progress, or certificate workflows
* Minimize custom code and keep all changes upgrade safe
* Provide documentation so the setup can be maintained and extended later
* **Include budget capacity for approximately 5 additional features/changes of similar size** to accommodate regulatory updates or scope adjustments during implementation
### Warranty
* **30 day bug fix warranty** required for delivered changes
* If state approvals delay launch, warranty for affected state specific features should start at go live (or be extended) so there is a full 30 day post launch bug fix period
### Please include in your proposal
* Relevant WordPress + WooCommerce + LearnDash experience
* Examples of similar work (conditional cart/checkout logic, multi state or phased rollouts, reusable template setups)
* Approach for keeping everything configurable and maintainable
* Estimated timeline by phase (staging build, testing, production deployment)
* What is included vs assumed/excluded
* Warranty terms and how delayed state approvals are handled
I will attach a detailed requirements document with the full scope and implementation expectations.
