Background
I run a self-hosted online academy offering interactive high school-level courses in English, science, and math. The curriculum aligns with both Libyan and international standards. The platform is already functional and includes the following:
WordPress front-end
Moodle LMS (latest stable version)
Edwiser Bridge and WooCommerce installed and licensed
Stripe and PayPal fully configured
Course content, H5P activities, and BigBlueButton sessions are ready
The platform now needs to be professionally built into a streamlined, production-ready website that connects the course catalog, payment system, and LMS into one seamless experience.
Scope of Work
1. Moodle Setup and Theming
Configure course categories, enrollment methods, user roles, gradebook, and reporting
Customize a responsive, modern Moodle theme (RemUI or similar) to match the site's branding
Enable full support for Arabic (RTL) and bilingual UI (English and Arabic)
2. WordPress and Moodle Integration (Edwiser Bridge)
Verify single sign-on (SSO) and user sync between WordPress and Moodle
Map WooCommerce products to corresponding Moodle courses or bundles
Automate course enrollment and user flow after purchase
3. WooCommerce Storefront Development
Design or optimize product pages, course catalog, and checkout process for maximum conversions
Set up upselling and cross-selling options (course bundles, tutoring sessions, etc.)
Improve site performance through caching, script optimization, and image handling
4. Interactive Content and Live Class Integration
Embed H5P lessons and BigBlueButton meetings within Moodle course pages
Test and ensure completion tracking and user activity reports are functioning correctly
5. Testing and Launch Support
Conduct full sandbox testing for the purchase-to-enrollment journey
Apply basic security hardening (SSL, firewall configuration, backups)
Provide documentation and a short training session for platform administrators
Deliverables
A fully integrated and styled WordPress + Moodle platform
Configured Moodle courses with all enrollment and access rules
Admin documentation, plugin list, and any theme customizations
Two weeks of post-launch support for minor fixes and adjustments
