I’m ready to launch a festive e-commerce site that sells personalised letters from Santa and small Christmas gift packages for children. The build must be on WordPress with WooCommerce and styled in a clean, modern way—think bright imagery, subtle animations, and a layout that still feels magical without looking dated. Key functionality
• Product pages need a few custom input fields: one for the child’s name, hobbies, sports, friends, achievements and an area the parents can edit an partial AI generated Santa letter. These details have to flow all the way through to the cart, admin order view, and confirmation emails.
• Native WooCommerce customer reviews should be enabled and styled to match the overall design.
• No gift-wrap selector is required this season, so please keep the interface focused and uncluttered.
Also, customers information to be stored in a DB for future mailings and help with ordering the following year.
What I expect as deliverables
1. A fully responsive live site installed on my hosting, with a starter set of products and the festive theme in place.
2. Any plug-ins or code required to handle the name-and-message personalisation.
3. Basic on-page SEO, secure payment integration, and speed optimisation (caching, image compression).
4. A short hand-off guide (PDF or quick video) showing me how to add new letter templates and update copy.
5. One revision round to fine-tune styling or wording after I review the first draft.
Acceptance criteria
• All custom fields display correctly in the shopper’s cart, emails, and my order dashboard.
• Reviews submit and render without layout glitches.
• Page-load scores stay within accepted Google Lighthouse performance ranges.
