Migrate Magento Store to WordPress

My current Magento store is online and functional but the constant licensing, hosting and developer costs are starting to outweigh the benefits. For long-term cost efficiency I’m seriously considering moving the entire site—catalog, orders, customer data, theme and all—to WordPress with WooCommerce.

Here’s what I need:

• An initial technical audit of the existing Magento build so I know exactly what must be retained, rebuilt or can be dropped.
• A clear migration roadmap covering data transfer (products, customers, order history), theme recreation or redesign, payment/shipping gateways, SEO equity and URL structure.
• A staging environment on WordPress where I can review and sign off before anything goes live.
• Final cut-over to the new WordPress site with minimal downtime, plus a rollback plan just in case.

If the audit shows that staying on Magento is smarter, I’ll still need ongoing support for bug fixes, performance tuning and feature tweaks, so experience with both Magento 2 and WordPress/WooCommerce is essential.

Please outline your relevant migrations, the tools you use for bulk data transfer (e.g., Cart2Cart, custom scripts, WP All Import), and an estimated timeline for audit and full migration.
