Admin pages crawl, attendee look-ups lag, and with 1,600+ orders already (2,000+ soon) I can’t afford another slow sales day. I want the entire site lifted onto AWS and tuned so that pages snap open, uptime is rock-solid, and traffic spikes—especially around ticket drops and QR-code check-ins—feel effortless.

• Handle the full migration with zero order or attendee data loss.
